Boot Camp begins the same way as our personal training program – with a fully comprehensive body and goal assessment. Nutritional and physical goals are created and Boot Camp is designed to improve every member’s fitness level, weight loss and strength. Although Boot Camp is a group training environment, our trainers tailor the workouts to any fitness level. Beginners work alongside seasoned professionals and workouts are adapted and catered to each individual.
Unlike other Boot Camps, Euphoria’s camps happen rain or shine. We have a 6,500 square foot state-of-the-art indoor facility, exclusive outdoor training grounds, a full Obstacle Course, and Metroparks in our backyard. Workouts incorporate a variety of equipment and techniques; trainers make sure workouts are fresh, challenging, and guarantee results. Each class uses cardio, weight and strength training, as well as body resistance exercises to work the
entire body.
